Appen Menon is the Executive Chairman and CEO of IAICC. He is very enthusiastic about promoting business and trade relationship between the United States and India. He has been actively associated with organizations that promote trade and commerce between United States and India for the past fort years. Appen is one of the founding members and directors of IAICC and he has been associated with it for over thirty years, in different capacities as chairman (US Division), vice chairman, director, general counsel, management committee member etc. He was a member of U.S. Trade Mission organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2007. As Vice Chairman, he was one of the key persons to organize events of IAICC at the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Small Business Administration, etc.

Shankar Rachakonda
Chairman of IAICC (USA Division) & Treasurer
Shankar Rachakonda has over 30 years of experience in Management Consulting, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Software Development and related areas. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Digital, a Washington DC Metro based provider of digital transformation delivery services. In his role he is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and growth agenda in key delivery areas of digital transformation to both commercial and federal customers. He also focuses on expanding the company’s operations in North America, India, and the Caribbean, both organically and through acquisitions.

Kumar Allady is an Entrepreneur, Founder and CEO. Smart-Infrastructure Group is comprised of RADISE International, a geotechnical engineering and materials testing services firm; Smart Structures, a sensor-based IoT (Internet of Things) firm; AFT, Applied Foundation Testing a deep foundation specialty testing firm. Smart- Infrastructure Group Employs 130+ people and has 7 locations in the state of Florida, 1 location in North Carolina, Texas, Hawaii and Hyderabad (INDIA).

Glenn Falcao

Mr. Falcao is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in the telecom industry. Glenn is a prior venture partner with Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing top-tier private equity experience to the Venturepreneur team. As a Venture Partner of Venturepreneur Partners, Glenn focuses on creating and identifying investments in the communications sector.
He was most recently the Executive Vice President at Corvis Corporation, where he was a member of the executive team that took the company public raising over one billion dollars and achieving a market capitalization of over thirty billion dollars. Corvis’ IPO was one of the most successful in the telecom sector in 2000.

Narasimhulu Neelagaru M.D.

Narasimhulu Neelagaru, MD(known widely as "Dr.Neel") is an eminent physician and successful Indian American banker, businessman and philanthropist. Known as a pillar of multiple Georgia communities, he is recognized for innovating finance and partnering with community members, especially for populations often disadvantaged by common lending institutions.
Dr. Neelagaru is the Founding Chairman and owner of one of the most successful banks in the country, Quantum National bank of Georgia. At the end of 2020, Quantum Bank boasts $640 million in assets and is ranked as the fourth most profitable bank among 4,619 U.S. banks in the $100 million to $3 billion asset category. Dr. Neelagaru and his family trust own 99.9%.

Sudhir Parikh, MD

Sudhir M. Parikh, M.D., is one of the most honored Indian Americans. Topping the honors is the 2010 Padma Shri conferred by the President of India, Prathibha Patil. With this award, Dr. Parikh has become the only Indian American to receive all three of the most prestigious awards – The Ellis Island Medal of Honor, the PravasiBharatiyaSamman and the Padma Shri. In March 2012, recognizing his philanthropic contributions, Dr. Parikh has been nominated as Knight of the Ecumenical Hospitaller Order of St. John Knights of Malta. He is the recipent of the 2006 PravasiBharatiyaSamman, bestowed on non-resident Indians by the Indian government. The U.S. Congress recognized this honor with a mention in the Congressional Record. He’s also a recipient of the 2005 Ellis Island Medal of Honor, the highest civilian honor for U.S. immigrants, for a lifetime of community service. In 2002, he received the National Excellence Award from former prime minister P.V. Narasimha Rao at the annual meeting of the Indian American Friendship Council (IAFC) in Washington, D.C. Dr. Parikh was appointed member of the National Leadership Advisory Committee of the Congressional Caucus on India and Indian Americans in 1999 by the Chairman of the India Caucus, U.S Congressman Gary Ackerman (D) of New York. He was a Member of American Media Delegation that accompaniedPresident Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama on their visit to India in November 2010.

Mr. Agarwal has been the President of ASSOCHAM - The National Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India. He has been Chairman of International Affairs Committee of ASSOCHAM for many years and also a Member of Special Executive Committee meeting.
Mr. Agarwal has, in the past, also served as the Chairman of Joint Business Councils of FICCI for : India – South Korea, India – Russia, India – Philippines, India – UAE, India – Oman, India – Iraq, India – Iran, India – Jordan etc.

A hands-on young entrepreneur with multi-sector experience, Malav Dani brings a distinct brand of creative and passionate entrepreneurial leadership to the Hitech Group, a diversified Indian conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. A spirit of continuous learning and application led him to acquire a world-class education in management techniques in the United States, earning a B.S (Bachelor of Science) at Purdue University and an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from Columbia University, his education was followed by a highly successful six-year stint at General Electric (GE).
